Alicia graduated from Pound High School in 1993 and started her higher education at Mountain Empire Community College where she met her husband, David. She graduated from ETSU in 1998 with a bachelor's in social work. After working with young children and families at Frontier Health for seven years, she "retired" to care for her two young children. She joined The Pampered Chef in 2007 and has enjoyed great success as a director. She continues to have a passion to bring family mealtime back to her customers.
